As a young girl, I was always fascinated by law and have had a desire to help people.
I have been working in various customer service roles since I was 16 and have held many positions before settling in the world of law.
One of my most challenging roles was as a 911 operator for Alberta Health Services and I spent just over 3 years in abulance dispatch. This role highlighted my empathetic nature and desire to help individuals facing difficulty.
In 2021, I began my journey into law and completed my diploma as a Legal Assistant through Bow Valley College. From there I began working for a local paralegal firm and have learned a lot about navigating provincial small claims in both Alberta and BC.
I specialize in negotiations, claim preparation, representation, and post-judgment enforcement. I pride myself on being able to handle a claim from preparation, filing, hearings, judgment, and even enforcement.
I am a registered Paralegal and hold an active membership with the Alberta Association of Professional Paralegals and possess a No Action Letter from the Law Society of British Columbia as an Innovation Sandbox participant.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and my Australian Shepherd, Leo.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people and as such, have held many jobs in the customer service field, including as an Emergency Communications Officer (911) for EMS Ambulance Disptach. That position equipped me with the ability to remain level-headed and professional, even in high stress situations.

- Over 20 years of Customer Service experience.
- 4 years of experience as a Court Agent.
